Danley Engineering Services Ltd was founded in 1980 to manufacture carpet tufting machinery, spare parts and other ancillary equipment. Since that time, Danley has produced very high quality machines, and continued to redesign components that improve speed and efficiency on all makes of tufting machinery.

Danley produce most of the parts for these machines in their own very modern engineering workshops.

Danley manufacture a range of tufting machines that can be custom built to customer specifications, all on the one site at Danley.
From synthetic grass sports surfaces to ski slope material, geotextile products to carpet tiles.

With ever increasing demands from the industry to innovate, Danley refurbish tufting machinery to very high standards, resulting in very versatile and reliable products. On some machines digital servo drive units are installed, to improve efficiency and keep down manufacturing costs.
